if the width and height of the mold are both less than the spacing of the column of the machine, it is also possible to turn the mold 90 degrees, put it in, and then turn it back, but we do not agree with this method.
2. Positioning ring The outer diameter of the positioning ring should match the positioning hole of the machine.
3. Maximum mold opening distance When the mold is fully opened, its opening distance must be less than the maximum opening distance of the machine before production can be carried out.
Some molds are installed. If this problem is found, a shorter outer tie rod is replaced. If the product can be demolded smoothly, it is also OK, but some products cannot be demolded smoothly with a shorter outer tie rod, or there are problems such as bruises, so they cannot be produced.
4. Confirmation of maximum and minimum mold thickness Because the hydraulic press is a direct pressure type, its maximum mold thickness is equivalent to the maximum mold opening distance, and the maximum mold thickness generally does not have a problem.
For non-direct pressure types such as electric motors, the mold height must be less than the maximum mold thickness of the machine to install the mold.
The minimum mold thickness is the same, and the mold height must be greater than the minimum mold thickness of the machine to install the mold.
5. Maximum mold opening stroke The maximum mold opening stroke of the direct pressure molding machine is the maximum mold opening distance minus its mold height, so it is a variable value that varies with the height of the mold.
The maximum mold opening stroke of the elbow molding machine is a fixed value, which has different values depending on the model of the molding machine.
6. The outer diameter of the ejector pin of the ejector device should be smaller than the inner diameter of the ejector pin hole of the mold.
The effective length of ejection, that is, the length from the plane of the machine plate to the complete ejection, should be greater than the ejection distance when the product is successfully demolded. The number and position of the ejector pins should be consistent with the mold.
7. The nozzle R of the nozzle mold should be larger than the nozzle r of the machine.
Generally, it is better to be about 2mm larger. The mold nozzle aperture is slightly larger than the machine nozzle aperture to enable the main channel to be demolded smoothly.
8. The metering stroke machine has a certain metering stroke. When confirming, the required metering stroke is calculated based on the product weight or volume. Generally, it is controlled above 20%, and below 70% is better.
Of course, smaller and larger ones can also be produced, but it will have a negative impact on both the product and the machine.
