If the fluidity of the plastic is too large, or if too much lubricant is added, the pressure, speed, temperature, etc. should be properly reduced to reduce the amount of lubricant used. If necessary, a plastic with low fluidity should be used.
a.The set temperature, pressure, and speed are too high. Subsection injection should be used. Injection time, pressure holding time, and excessive amount of feed can cause flashing.
b.When the adjustment, the clamping machine hinge is not straightened, or the mold adjusting nut often moves when the mold is opened or clamped, resulting in insufficient flashing of the clamping force.
c.The degree of parallelism between the adjustment head and the two poles is not enough or the system pressure is too high.
2.Reasons for recurring flashes and parts dissatisfaction:
a.When the size of plastic raw materials is not uniform, the amount of added material will be variable.
b.Excessive abrasion of the rubber head, the rubber ring, and the rubber gasket of the screw may cause the molten material to cause flashing or dissatisfaction with the sliding and backflow between the screw and the inside of the barrel.
c.The cooling system at the inlet fails and adjusts the feed.
d.The amount of material to be set by the barrel is insufficient, that is, the cushion is too small to cause the shot to appear to be flashing or dissatisfaction with the product.
