Method for preventing stripe defect of extrusion mould

Extrusion mould stripe defects are common problems in the use process. In order for extrusion moulds to be properly designed, carefully processed, and reasonably repaired, we must prevent extrusion strips from appearing tissue stripe defects. Tell everyone that four methods can be used to prevent the occurrence of tissue streak defects in the extrusion die.

Method one: is to design the extrusion die correctly, lay out the flow holes reasonably, determine the length of the working belt and the transition of the length change reasonably, the drip shape of the mould bridge, the reasonable welding angle, so that the welding point falls on the plane of the welding chamber. Under the condition of ensuring the rigidity and strength of the die core head, deepening the depth of the welding chamber or enlarging the cross-sectional area of the welding chamber, if necessary, adopting “sinking bridge” is the basic measure to prevent the defect of tissue stripes.

Method two: the mould should be processed in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings, especially pay attention to improving the surface brightness of the split hole and the mould bridge to be dripping, to improve the flow state of the solid metal and reduce frictional heat.

Method three: For the extrusion of the mould that produces the tissue stripes, the mould repairer should go to the site to understand the mould discharge situation and determine the correct mould repair plan; the mould repairer personally observes the state of the profile discharge moment than the profile discharge head To determine the effect of the repair program is much better.

Method four: The extrusion die is nitrided in accordance with the regulations in time to ensure a reasonable flow state of the solid metal.
