Four main maintenance methods of stamping continuous die

Continuous die refers to the cold stamping die that the press uses a band-shaped stamping raw material in a stamping stroke to complete multiple stamping processes at the same time with several different stations on a pair of kitchen moulding. Move once at a fixed distance until the product is completed. There is a close relationship with the stamping die processing method, so there is no need to maintain the continuous mould. There are four main points about the continuous mould maintenance.

1. Maintenance of convex and concave mould

When disassembling the male and female kitchen mouldings, attention should be paid to the original conditions of the moulds, so as to facilitate the subsequent recovery when the kitchen mouldings are installed. If there are pads or displacements, the thickness of the gasket should be carved on the parts and recorded. Replacing the punch should test whether the die of the material removal block is smooth, and try to check whether the gap between the die and the die is uniform, and change the die to check whether the gap between the punch and the punch is even. For the shortening of the punch after grinding the punch, it is necessary to add pads to achieve the required length. Check whether the effective length of the punch is sufficient. It is necessary to find out the reason for replacing the broken punch. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the corresponding die has a chipping edge and whether it needs to grind the cutting edge. Assemble the punch to check whether the gap between the punch and the fixed block or the fixed plate is sufficient. If there is a pressing block, check whether there is a movement allowance. The assembly die should be placed horizontally, and then placed with a flat iron block, such as the die surface, and tapped with copper rods on the surface. Do not force it into the oblique position. The bottom of the die should be chamfered. After installation, check whether the die surface is flush with the die surface. After the assembly of the punch and die and the core are completed, the necessary inspections should be carried out against the material belt.Whether the parts are installed incorrectly or reversely, check whether the die and die pad are reversed, whether the blanking hole is blocked, and whether new parts are required Stealing material, whether it is necessary to steal the material is sufficient, whether the kitchen moulding needs to be locked. Pay attention to the locking of the screws of the stripping board. When tightening, the screws should be cross-locked in a balanced and balanced manner.Do not lock one screw before locking the other screw, so as to avoid tilting the stripping board and causing the punch to break or The precision of the kitchen moulding is reduced.

2. Maintenance of stripping board

The stripping plate can be disassembled by prying with two screwdrivers first, and then balanced with both hands to force out. When it is difficult to disassemble, you should check whether the mould is cleaned, whether the locking screws are completely disassembled, and whether the kitchen moulding is damaged due to jamming. Find out the reason and then deal with it accordingly. Do not blindly handle it. When assembling the stripping board, first clean the punch and stripping board, add lubricating oil to the guide column and the introduction of the punch, put it in smoothly, then press in place with both hands, and repeat several times. If it is too tight, you should find out the reason (whether the guide column and guide sleeve are normal, whether there is any damage to the parts, whether the new punch can successfully pass through the stripper plate is correct), find out the reason and then deal with it accordingly. If the fixed plate has a pressing block, check whether the yield on the stripping back plate is sufficient. The material contact surface between the stripping plate and the concave mould will cause indentation for a long time stamping. When the indentation is serious, it will affect the pressing accuracy of the material and cause the product size to be abnormally unstable. Perform repairs or regrind. Contour sleeves should be checked for accuracy. When they are not equal height, they will cause the stripping plate to tilt, and its precise guiding and stable elastic pressure function will be damaged and must be maintained.

3. Inspection of the guide part

The clearance between the guide post and the guide bush, whether there are any burns or wear marks, and whether the oil supply state of the mould guide is normal should be checked. The wear of the guides and the destruction of the precision reduce the precision of the kitchen moulding, and problems will occur in various parts of the mould. It must be properly maintained and regularly replaced. Check the accuracy of the material guide. If the guide nail is worn, the correct accuracy and function of the tape guide should be lost. It must be replaced. Check the condition of the stripping spring and the topping spring to see if it is broken or if it has not broken for a long time, but it has fatigued and lost its original strength. It must be regularly maintained and replaced, otherwise it will cause damage to the mould or not smooth production.

4. Adjustment of mould gap

The core positioning hole is worn due to the frequent combination of the core, resulting in a large gap after assembly (loose after assembly) or uneven gap (generated positioning deviation) will cause the shape of the cross section to become worse after punching, convex The die is easy to break, and burrs are generated. The clearance can be adjusted through proper inspection after cross-cutting. When the gap is small, the cross section is less, when the gap is large, the cross section is more and the burrs are larger. A reasonable gap is obtained by shifting. After adjustment, it should be properly recorded, or a mark can be made on the edge of the die, etc. Follow-up maintenance operations. In daily production, attention should be paid to collecting the material strips when the original kitchen moulding is kept in good condition. If the subsequent production is not smooth or the mould changes, it can be used as a reference for mould maintenance. In addition, the auxiliary system such as whether the ejector pin is worn, whether it can eject the material, whether the guide nail and the bush have been worn, should pay attention to inspection and maintenance.
