Our full set office chair component molds have completed final quality inspection and are ready for shipment to our overseas furniture client. This project covers four critical chair parts: backrest, lumbar support, left armrest and right armrest. All molds have passed T2 sample approval confirmed by customer before packing.
Our engineering team adopted 718H steel for main cavity and core inserts. For armrest parts with complex curved surface, we paid extra attention to polishing work to achieve required VDI surface finish. We adjusted ejection structure carefully to avoid scratches and deformation when demolding. Before shipment, our QC team checked every dimension, tested mold opening‑closing movement and confirmed all spare parts are complete.
Mold Material & Surface Finish Control
When manufacturing office chair component molds, proper steel selection directly decides mould service life and plastic part appearance. For this furniture mould order, we selected 718H pre‑hardened mould steel, which balances good polishing performance and long production life. Complex curved areas on armrest require fine manual polishing step‑by‑step to reach customer‑specified VDI texture standard. Strict QC Procedure Before Mould Shipment
Every set of custom injection mould must go through strict final inspection before leaving our workshop. Our QC department verifies mould dimension, sliding block and angle‑lifter movement, hot runner status, spare‑part list and sample quality. Once all items are confirmed qualified, we start export‑standard packing work.
All molds are packed in export plywood case with anti‑rust treatment to avoid damage during long‑sea transportation.
